Volunteer Center of Fond du Lac County

Mission:  To mobilize people and recourses within our communities by connecting volunteers with opportunities to serve.

Programs and Services:
Volunteer Clearinghouse (database)

The Volunteer Center maintains a database of hundreds of volunteer opportunities available at local non-profit and community organizations within Fond du Lac County.  Volunteer Center staff work with these organizations to understand their volunteer needs and then help communicate those needs to interested volunteers from the community.  Volunteers are matched based on their interests, skills and availability.   In addition, the Volunteer Center works with youth to provide meaningful volunteer experiences and service learning opportunities by coordinating events such as Youth Service Day.

HOPE Mentoring Program
The HOPE Mentoring program is a community initiative that helps to match volunteer mentors with other adults in the community in need of positive role models.
